    The challengesWith the recent acquisition of Stream a lot of processess and benefits were affected. No night diff,retirement pay removed for new hires/rehires .VLs were cut down,SL conversion only applies to employees aftee 1 yr.Plus the existing health card benefits doest really give much compared to other company's health card.

    The good thingsI loved working with Convergys as it has been my employer for almost five years. The company provides good training materials that helped me a lot when it comes to my skills and things that i needed when i transferred to a new employer. Convergys provides good work-life balance and it makes sure every employee was well compensated. The company in general was awesome!
    The challengesWhat i feel could be more better would be the sites, we had several offices in our site in Convergys alabang with different clients and accounts, it would be better if all employees were in a same building and not scattered to three or more buildings. It would be best so that employees get to know each other since they are in one building even if they work on different accounts
