    The good thingsIt’s really impressive when a company takes the time to follow up with applicants weeks or even months after their interview or application. It shows they value their candidates and are committed to keeping communication open, even if they haven't made a final decision yet.

    The good thingsThe office is very aesthetically pleasing.The core leadership team are very approachable, open, and I give the credit to them they really strive to hone their processes and be competitive amongst the many BPO in the country. P.S. the HR are very accommodating and helpful people.
    The challengesZZ should align with other companies that consistently credit salaries a day or two earlier. Delays on Mondays, can disrupt employees’ responsibilities, particularly for those needing to meet banking deadlines. Ensuring timely salary crediting would greatly support employees’ financial commitments.
