    ZZ - Application ProcessReceiving a rejection letter months after submitting an application—especially without any explanation—can be incredibly discouraging. It often leaves candidates in limbo, unsure of what went wrong or how they might improve for future opportunities. The lack of feedback can make the process feel impersonal and dismissive, despite the time and effort candidates invest in each application.

    The good thingsIt’s really impressive when a company takes the time to follow up with applicants weeks or even months after their interview or application. It shows they value their candidates and are committed to keeping communication open, even if they haven't made a final decision yet.
    The challengesSending rejection letters months after an application without any explanation can feel really discouraging. It’s frustrating because it leaves candidates in limbo, wondering why they weren’t selected or what they could improve on for next time. It can seem impersonal and dismissive.

    Pleasant with some suggestions.
    The good thingsThe office is very aesthetically pleasing.The core leadership team are very approachable, open, and I give the credit to them they really strive to hone their processes and be competitive amongst the many BPO in the country. P.S. the HR are very accommodating and helpful people.
    The challengesZZ should align with other companies that consistently credit salaries a day or two earlier. Delays on Mondays, can disrupt employees’ responsibilities, particularly for those needing to meet banking deadlines. Ensuring timely salary crediting would greatly support employees’ financial commitments.

    The good thingsZigzag Connect is a proficient offshore outsourcing company that caters to the diverse needs of its employees. The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and ensuring the well-being of its staff. All of my concerns and requirements were promptly addressed, demonstrating the company's commitment to its employees.
    The challengesa notable challenge is the job security aspect. There is no guarantee of job availability in the event that a client decides to pull out or chooses not to proceed with a contract. This uncertainty poses a potential risk to employment stability. Additionally, it is suggested that the company consider converting unused vacation and sick leave into cash. This would provide employees with a more flexible and tangible benefit.

    The good things🤝Being more than just a small part of the system and having my voice heard as an employee is truly remarkable. I'm far from being an expert in my field, and I have much to learn. However, it makes an incredible difference to me when my ideas and opinions are acknowledged and not disregarded.     The challengesInadequate Benefits Package: While compensation encompasses more than just salary, they are also falls short in terms of benefits. The benefits package is limited, offering minimal coverage/dependent for healthcare, incentives and other essential employee needs. However, I believe that they are planning to do something to improve these benefits.

    The good thingsUnder client: Assembly Payments: Flexible work schedule (for my position which is a Chargeback analyst) M-F work Work from home for twice a week.
    The challengesUnder client: Assembly Payments: Training can be improved. When I was hired, I had to train my manager in chargebacks as the has little knowledge of it. Could do more in crediting the staff when it is due. No clear reason for the company terminating multiple employees.
