    Pleasant with some suggestions.
    The good thingsThe office is very aesthetically pleasing.The core leadership team are very approachable, open, and I give the credit to them they really strive to hone their processes and be competitive amongst the many BPO in the country. P.S. the HR are very accommodating and helpful people.
    The challengesZZ should align with other companies that consistently credit salaries a day or two earlier. Delays on Mondays, can disrupt employees’ responsibilities, particularly for those needing to meet banking deadlines. Ensuring timely salary crediting would greatly support employees’ financial commitments.

    The good thingsZigzag Connect is a proficient offshore outsourcing company that caters to the diverse needs of its employees. The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and ensuring the well-being of its staff. All of my concerns and requirements were promptly addressed, demonstrating the company's commitment to its employees.
    The challengesa notable challenge is the job security aspect. There is no guarantee of job availability in the event that a client decides to pull out or chooses not to proceed with a contract. This uncertainty poses a potential risk to employment stability. Additionally, it is suggested that the company consider converting unused vacation and sick leave into cash. This would provide employees with a more flexible and tangible benefit.

    The good thingsUnder client: Assembly Payments: Flexible work schedule (for my position which is a Chargeback analyst) M-F work Work from home for twice a week.
    The challengesUnder client: Assembly Payments: Training can be improved. When I was hired, I had to train my manager in chargebacks as the has little knowledge of it. Could do more in crediting the staff when it is due. No clear reason for the company terminating multiple employees.
