What’s it like working at ACM Group?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at ACM Group appreciate the support from their leaders, competitive salaries with rewards for hard work, and the approachable HR/Admin department. They also enjoy the fixed schedule with Philippine and Australian holidays off with pay, and the fun working environment.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the need to work hard to meet quotas in the collection account, an unclear promotion process, and indications of a political environment within the company. Additionally, concerns were raised about the lack of a dedicated Human Resources department and the company being late in submitting contributions to employees.

Best schedule and environment for me Feels like home
The good thingsI'm getting the proper support from my leaders, salary is competitive (work hard and you will be rewarded), very rare that I get salary dispute if there is a dispute they do special payout within the week, contribution is up to date our government is NOT upon checking, HR/Admin department is very approachable there's some instance that I need the HR approval for my Philhealth claim and unfortunately that was holiday but the staffs scheduled a meet up just to assist me. It is a Collection account you work and you show figures you will be rewarded, but if you're just sitting there not generating anything but you're still getting your exact salary real time (you judge) they're not doing charity work it's business.
The challengesSince it's Collection it is a quota based account and you need to work hard.
