    Above the average in terms of everything about the company's cohesiveness and management. Not the best company I've been a part of.
    The good thingsThey offer mostly work from home roles and the company has a lot of work relation improvement events and company initiatives like club interests.
    The challengesThey unfortunately are too beholden to clients and I feel do not know how to set proper expectations with clients that result in employees from feeling unfulfilled.

    The challengesAssigned clients without laying out scope of work comprehensively. No rest incentives. Also for the three years I've been in, I got no salary increase, not like ehat is advertised. Pushed to lead positions without salary upgrades.

    The good thingsNot that stressful, environment is amazing, colleagues are professional and it will not stop you from evolving each day. We always aim to be better and to deliver a quality work for our clients and to our employees.
    The challengesIf you're having a bad time meeting your deadline and sprint plans that's something that you should improve before joining CoDev :)
