They empower their employees while at the same time encourage them to achieve more when situations are tough. They encourage team work, the spirit of family and fun, respect, honesty, and integrity.
The challengesThe only challenge in working with this company is the approval process it takes for the upper management to approve a project. At first, one would feel intimidated as most Superiors are tough to negotiate with in terms of cost. They somehow you will feel the respect amongst the employers and finds time to explain and teach things that are needed to be done in order to win a negotiation. I finding this very challenging at first but once you got the hang of it, I was able to gain valuable experiences from it.
