My journey to my new job
The good thingsI enjoy talking and chatting with the clients I encounter or talk to.
The challengesThe challenge I face at work is when talking to a client who is concerned about this anger. I wait for the client to calm down before I talk to him.

Not good. Better luck next time
The good thingsGot shortlisted I believe they only choose the best performers
The challengesThe exam plus the group interview with presentation was very time consuming. Group interview took 2hrs. I got shortlisted. You will be in their talent pool for 30days waiting for a client match. I wasn't matched. When I emailed to fup, talent acquisition said sorry no client jobs are aligned with my skills, don't worry we'll keep you in MIND. Who the hell will keep me in mind? Definitely not other people. You should stop hiring and pooling people everyday if there are no client jobs compatible with the skills of the applicants. Your job post sounds nice. But you better STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.

Putting up things that boost up confidence, never stop meeting challenges in life specially work related task, learn up more to widen skills, accept responsibilities that can improved oneself, develop capabilities .
The good thingsBeingresponsible , appreciative in learning more things, do the best I can to make my task easier through research and other references ,so as to boost up confidence and knowledge.
The challengesThat one who don't appreciate things, lazy in term of not excelling in improving oneself, don't show confidence.
