What’s it like working at Acquire Intelligence?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Acquire Intelligence appreciate the friendly and supportive colleagues, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The morning shift schedule with fixed weekends off is popular, particularly as clients are based in Australia. The company provides good HMO benefits, including platinum-level coverage, and offers a positive learning environment with well-organised training and opportunities for professional growth. Additionally, salary payments are consistently on time with transparent pay slips.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as management communication and leadership skills that could be improved in certain areas, with some concerns about responsiveness. Salary levels and annual increases may be limited, and employees are encouraged to negotiate compensation early. Schedule changes can occur weekly, and some employees face challenges with weekend shifts and leave policies. Facilities could be enhanced, and work from home flexibility is not always guaranteed. Finally, commuting and travel time to the office can be challenging for some employees.

If you get offer from this company, better RUN. You will not have any peace of mind in this company
The good thingssome workmates are nice
The challenges- In my more than five years of work experience, this is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional leadership. While our TL is kind, she lacks the essential skills needed to lead effectively, particularly in communication and often comes across as unprofessional in both how and what she communicates. Additionally, even people from other accounts always interfere with our team, which further reflects the overall lack of professionalism in the workplace - Even in a back-office role, setting is very BPO, as both CSR and back-office teams are located on the same floor - Facilities are meh. There are no bidets in the restrooms, and the pantry is often messy and has an unpleasant odor - After resigning, leaders becomes unresponsive and no longer provides support during the exit process. Both the TL and CSM would not respond to emails or chats anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I wouldn't drop the campaign but they are a recruitment agency of manufacturing companies.
