Skilled in accurate data processing and customer service support
The good thingsOne of the things I enjoyed most in my previous role was working in a fast-paced environment where I could apply both my analytical and customer service skills. As a Data Entry Analyst and Customer Service Associate in a hybrid setup, I appreciated the balance between independent work and team collaboration. I enjoyed organizing and processing data accurately, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that documents were completed efficiently and correctly. I also found fulfillment in assisting customers and internal teams by resolving concerns professionally and providing timely support. The role helped me strengthen my communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities while teaching me how to stay productive and adaptable in a hybrid work environment. Overall, I enjoyed being part of a team where accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction were valued.
The challengesOne challenge I experienced in my previous role was managing high volumes of data and multiple tasks within tight deadlines, especially in a fast-paced hybrid work environment. At times, communication and coordination between teams could be improved to avoid delays and ensure smoother workflow processes. I believe there are opportunities to further improve efficiency through clearer task prioritization, more streamlined communication, and continuous process improvements. Despite these challenges, the experience helped me become more adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Met some awesome people but management is very toxic and too much to take, no considerations. But work is easy to handle.

The good thingsThe company embraced me as their own and has taken care of my career. My career grows exponentially and has opened new avenues of challenging opportunities. Likewise, the Superiors here are very supportive and balance their views. They empower their employees while at the same time encourage them to achieve more when situations are tough. They encourage team work, the spirit of family and fun, respect, honesty, and integrity.
The challengesThe only challenge in working with this company is the approval process it takes for the upper management to approve a project. At first, one would feel intimidated as most Superiors are tough to negotiate with in terms of cost. They somehow you will feel the respect amongst the employers and finds time to explain and teach things that are needed to be done in order to win a negotiation. I finding this very challenging at first but once you got the hang of it, I was able to gain valuable experiences from it.
