    Its happy before but now I can no longger recommend this for newbee find elsewhere that is better.
    The good thingsIf you are asking now what are the good things to expect.?!?! none so don't waist your time apply here not unless you will take the advantage signing a contract while waiting for a better company you can work except this one most especially in MOA Pasay site. The managers are inconsistent when it come to their Metric and insensitives, hahahaha. Incentives at this location is very funny you will know once you get hired and get the job. At first we are surrounded by a very promising Team Leads and humble and honest work mates but throughout the following years an incompetent leadership take charge managing the account. So its up to you if you want to push through if you want to bite the dust.
    The challengesThe management is the challenge they only like you when you are a performer but don't be deceived not all performrers are really a performers something happening under the tabe if you know what i mean, and this company particularly at MOA Pasay site it's already becoming a waiting shed of those who seek a greener pasture in other company you will see them just staying for less that one week or 3months. So think first before you apply.
