    The challengesKPI all of my KPI's are passing but the Q.A. is not as this is being cherry picked beware of the Q.A. of the Centris Site and the TM's as they are not equipped enough to support as they have multiple roles like a sweat shop worker. where you can find a company that there is no Work Force Management the TM's does it all

    A very good company to be in if your target is growth and development.
    The good thingsThe environment wherein we have an open door policy. Everybody knows everyone. These make everyone feel how big their part are no matter what department they report in.
    The challengesSince it is a starting company, pressure in some Certifications requirements are an everyday situation. Pressure in passing audits and such.
