    The good thingsThe Support Team is approachable and willing to listen to your concerns.
    The challengesThere are some concerns with the TLs, but I was under a good TL who is very approachable. It's hard to listen to negative comments on social media about the ongoing discussion about the contracts. We are hired as project based. This literally means that we are dependent on the project. Some people sadly cannot understand the contract they've signed and blame the company for it.
