Good employees don’t leave jobs — they leave bad management.
The good thingsHigher-than-average pay with complimentary meals, snacks, and fruits. Grateful that I was with a not so stressful account.
The challengesWhile I was assigned to an easy account, the management was poor. Employees were often asked to handle tasks outside their actual scope of work. If you said no, they would take it personally and use it against you. Ironically, finishing your tasks quickly was seen as a negative rather than a sign of efficiency.

Friendly HR team from employee relations to client services and compen ben and recruitment. Even the security guards and house keeping are very friendly
The challengesThey may come across as spineless when it comes to the clients. They ignore COC at times if the clients demands it. Sometimes it offers as an advantage though, because you will be “redundiated” instead of just being dismissed. That means you get paid depending on how many years you’ve worked for the company
