    I've observed challenges related to team dynamics and management. In particular, some behaviors from certain Tl, tenured and even onshore manager have created a perception of power imbalance that makea it difficult to voice concerns or seek support openly.

    The challengesWhile the compensation package initially appeared to be above industry average, the reality of the workload has revealed otherwise. It has become clear that I am consistently performing responsibilities equivalent those of three roles.

    The good thingsFree lunch and snacks even fruits at times Free gym and coaches Friendly HR team from employee relations to client services and compen ben and recruitment. Even the security guards and house keeping are very friendly
    The challengesThey may come across as spineless when it comes to the clients. They ignore COC at times if the clients demands it. Sometimes it offers as an advantage though, because you will be “redundiated” instead of just being dismissed. That means you get paid depending on how many years you’ve worked for the company

    Very poor!
    The good thingsThe salary is high, and they provide free meals with fruits and snacks, but the company is extremely toxic.
    The challengesThe office politics on the support side are terrible, and there are too many entitled people acting like heirs to the throne.

    Great work environment. Work is super stressful, challenging yet rewarding.
    The good thingsWorking at ISW feels like being part of a second family. We enjoy free lunch, unli snacks and coffee. Our leadership team, especially our CEO, genuinely cares about our success. My supervisor is a great listener who values her team, and my team makes work enjoyable despite of the stress and pressure of workloads. There are plenty of engaging activities. They will say 'welcome home' on your first day, and it truly feels like your second home.
    The challengesThe equipment situation is frustrating; compared to my past jobs, the computers and systems here are outdated. Requests and issue resolutions is not satisfactory. If you work on-site, the internet service is disappointing, internet service at home is better

    The good thingsI love how they say 'Welcome home!' to new employees during our onboarding day. It's a great kick-off to how the management team values every employee. Free food and drinks reflect how well-thought and considerate these benefits are - for instance, there's both mineral and alkaline water, instant and ground coffee (espresso & americano).
