    Horrible and Misleading Hiring Process – Unprofessional HR Experience
    The good thingsThere is no good thing in this company, totally poor process
    The challengesI went through one of the worst hiring processes I’ve experienced. I applied twice to EXL. On my first application, I was scheduled for a hiring manager interview and then completely ghosted—no update, no rejection, no closure. On my second attempt, I applied for a Workforce Management Analyst role and passed a very difficult Excel exam. Afterward, without prior discussion or consent, I was suddenly moved to a different role (MIS / Reports Analyst) because they claimed they could not match my previous salary—something that should have been checked from the start. I passed another technical exam, all interviews including final interview, received a congratulatory email, and was asked to submit statutory requirements. After my payslip was reviewed, communication suddenly stopped. I was told it needed HR manager approval, then I was left hanging for almost two months with no update or closure. This process wasted time, effort, and created false expectations. Based on my experience!

    it was fun at first years but dissappointing at then end because they are so insensitive and selfish
    The good thingsi was one of the pioneer of the employees in exl manila and they started with good offers, incentives and perks but it all change when the “pinoy managers/ tagapagmana” come in and changes it all.
    The challengesthey should listen to their employees opinions and suggestions. it used to be a monthly FGD with ramdom employees but now with the manager commands and control of the management everything was change it was even worst.. all the perks and great incentives that suppose to give to their front liners (agents) are being taken by those managers. nasa kanila na lahat ng free foods, perks, incentives. kawawa mga agent ultimo pizza ipagkakait pa.
