We have 23-years’ experience providing intelligent business solutions and aftersales support through various customer touchpoints for different industries such as banking and finance, telecommunications, food and retail, healthcare, information technology, government services, and automotive transport.Our offices are near the country’s top universities and highly accessible to multi-modal transport alternatives. We employ over a thousand customer care officers, supervisors, and managers and we are looking for more to join our growing team.

    The good thingsEnvironment is good. Training is rigorous depending on the target campaign. Reasonable salary. HR is superb handling employee benefits etc.
    The challengesThe area is not what you would expect from an IT/BPO company but honestly who cares nowadays right? Just be happy and do your job very well.
