    A good company to start with
    The good thingsEnvironment is good. Training is rigorous depending on the target campaign. Reasonable salary. HR is superb handling employee benefits etc.
    The challengesThe area is not what you would expect from an IT/BPO company but honestly who cares nowadays right? Just be happy and do your job very well.

    I've been with the company for 11 years. If it's not due to the financial crisis maybe I'll still stay with the company.I can say this is a good training background for the newbies but there's no career growth.
    The good thingsThe account is easy and my relationship with my superiors and co-agents is great.We really treat each other as family. Even though the salary is low, I did not experienced to be so stressed compare in handling an international account.
    The challengesNo regularization,even how many years you've spent with the company, not unless you will be promoted. They are just renewing the contract every year.

    The good thingsFor four years that I am part of Pilipinas Teleserv, what I really love is the friendship that I had with my colleagues. Working everyday is not hard even we had a toxic day due to long ques. We still manage to smile.

    The challengesThe challenges working for this company is you should build a back up plan once the strategy you prepare is nit effective and also as long as you can handle the clients problem you need to avoid bothering you supervisors about it. Because of that you may improve your communication skills and handling clients concern and reach expectations

    At the heart of Manila
    The good thingsThe work place is really nice because its located in Manila and the people are really nice specially Admins. Majority of the accounts are local so mostly we are all morning shifts which everybody love and if you are in graveyard shift there's a service car to pick you up. They're very hands on when it comes to training the employees we have very hardworking trainers and very nice working stations
    The challengesThe only challenge here is that the company is very strict when it comes to attendance. If you're gonna be late or absent the next day you have to advice 4 hours before your shift. But good thing here is the are giving rewards to those employees who has perfect attendance for a month. Its quite challenging for me but it really help me to be punctual and i thank them for that.
