    I've been with the company for 11 years. If it's not due to the financial crisis maybe I'll still stay with the company.I can say this is a good training background for the newbies but there's no career growth.
    The good thingsThe account is easy and my relationship with my superiors and co-agents is great.We really treat each other as family. Even though the salary is low, I did not experienced to be so stressed compare in handling an international account.
    The challengesNo regularization,even how many years you've spent with the company, not unless you will be promoted. They are just renewing the contract every year.

    The good thingsThe good thing about the company is they let you handle a problem and then they give you time to discover on how you solve it then guide you if there’s something you should know on how to improve your skills in customer service
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company is you should build a back up plan once the strategy you prepare is nit effective and also as long as you can handle the clients problem you need to avoid bothering you supervisors about it. Because of that you may improve your communication skills and handling clients concern and reach expectations
