    The overall experience was disappointing due to misleading job requirements, a very slow.
    The good thingsI appreciated the opportunity to apply, but the overall experience lacked clear communication and organization.
    The challengesThe job posting stated that no experience was required, but during the face-to-face interview, I was told they needed more experienced applicants. This is misleading for fresh graduates and entry-level job seekers. In addition, the hiring process and management were very slow. Applicants were only advised to wait in the lobby with no proper updates—no estimated waiting time, no “please wait a few minutes,” or any clear communication. Overall, the process lacked transparency, organization, and respect for applicants’ time.

    A really poor experience for a fresh graduate just trying to start their career.
    The good thingsThere wasn’t much to enjoy. The process felt disorganized, communication was inconsistent, and the experience left me more frustrated than impressed.
    The challengesThe company was very unprofessional. During their so-called “one-day” hiring process, I was made to wait for four hours for the final interview—only to be told it would be conducted virtually the next day. Their job description stated that they accept fresh graduates with no experience, but throughout the multiple, repetitive interviews, it became clear they were hesitant once I mentioned I didn’t have prior experience. Overall, it felt disorganized and misleading

    Application and Recruitment ProcessThis company is not focused on the capability of employees or applicants. Most of them are too subjective and tend to hire based on personal preferences, not professionally. Not recommended; it's a waste of time and effort to apply to this company. No wonder they are often hiring.

    There’s a better option than working hereIf you are considering working here, I strongly encourage you to reconsider. My experience with this organization has been deeply disappointing, particularly due to the toxic work environment fostered by the site lead. Unfortunately, the leadership style is not only unprofessional but also demoralizing, creating a space where open communication, growth, and mutual respect are clearly not prioritized. One of the most difficult aspects was the unpredictable and unreasonable work schedule, which showed little regard for employee well-being or work-life balance. This, combined with the toxic behavior of the site lead, made the workplace extremely stressful and unsustainable. It’s disheartening to see how management allows such behavior to persist unchecked, which ultimately affects team morale and overall productivity. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages the organization to seriously reflect on the culture it promotes.

    Bad experience, not recommended for fresh graduates or new to the BPO Industry
    The good thingsDepending on your position, the only good thing here are your workmates
    The challengesPoor work-life balance, unpaid overtimes, recruitment process here is super bad, you will be forced to wait for a long time. Management, especially the Site Director has poor management skills. He is not a leader, he's a boss. You will only feel his presence when you are behind deadlines or lacking something, but in terms of support... lol lol lol. Your Operations Manager will force you to do mandatory overtimes because they lack manpower since many employees chose to AWOL or resign. Company has a very high attrition rate. That's why they are always hiring. Low compensation. If you are new to the BPO Industry or you want to try, iOPEX is NOT highly recommended. The company's recruitment team has very poor stability they only last 3 months to 1 year. In my stay at the company there's always a new face doing in their recruitment team.

    The good thingsI love the way they kickstarted managers talks and learning sessions. They always wanted to give the best for their employees and customers. The leadership team is very accommodating from the receptionist to site director. Love the family vibe and very open door policy and hr is always around.
