The challengesPoor work-life balance, unpaid overtimes, recruitment process here is super bad, you will be forced to wait for a long time. Management, especially the Site Director has poor management skills. He is not a leader, he's a boss. You will only feel his presence when you are behind deadlines or lacking something, but in terms of support... lol lol lol. Your Operations Manager will force you to do mandatory overtimes because they lack manpower since many employees chose to AWOL or resign. Company has a very high attrition rate. That's why they are always hiring. Low compensation. If you are new to the BPO Industry or you want to try, iOPEX is NOT highly recommended. The company's recruitment team has very poor stability they only last 3 months to 1 year. In my stay at the company there's always a new face doing in their recruitment team.
