    Not a place for fresh graduates
    The good thingsThe company provides free donuts for applicants
    The challengesThe culture is not for fresh graduates or even highly-skilled practitioners. Unrealistic goals or KPIs are being set by the highest management to us trainees. We dont feel supported by the HR bosses too. We can feel their negativity around, we can feel how desperate they are in terms of managing the office and the other departments. They have managers but they don't let them do their own thing.

    I joined because I want to help the company
    The good thingsBefore joining, I had series of interviews which gave me a picture of the current state of the company. Everything is a mess that needs saving.
    The challengesWhen I started, I have taken down notes on things that needs fixing. Upper management needs a big change specially with their ways of working, I heard that the old management was way better than the new one since the old management is from operations. Employees were truly #happyatwork back then, leaders are functioning really well like a well-oiled machine. But today, you'll see managers walking out the door in less than a month.

    Exceptional organization with great leaders
    The good thingsI have worked with very talented and diverse set of industry leaders and I can say that the leaders in iOPEX are the cream of the crop.
    The challengesSomebody should help the leaders here. They are highly demotivated, tired, overworked and disrespected by the site head.

    The good thingsWorking at iOPEX Technologies provided a fulfilling experience with numerous enjoyable aspects, including a collaborative team culture, challenging projects that fostered personal growth, and a supportive management approach that valued employee well-being.
    The challengesSo far, I have not encountered any negative aspects in past 30 days. Enjoying a positive work environment is certainly beneficial for job satisfaction and productivity.

    The challengesThe location is a bit challenging to reach if you are coming from the north but they offer free parking which is really good.
