    The experience was great especially in dealing with both the agents and the customers' welfare.
    The good thingsThe capability to make working incredibly ridiculous and providing extensive care to the agents and customers inside and outside the office as well through provision of wellness activities, foods, and medical welfare as well. Medicard is awesome.
    The challengesAlthough there are no perfect companies especially most of them had flaws, the company needs to develop more in the aspect of motivating and giving the employees a reward for their hard work and effort.
