    Company is revenue centered
    The good thingsI heard the upper management calling the employees 'laborers'. A testament that they dont really care about us. They only care about the revenue they will get
    The challengesYes they are promoting happy at work culture but that is not what happens at the back end. It's all farce.

    The good thingsWe are asked to come in business casual attire to 'fit in' the building aesthetic.
    The challengesMost of the chairs are broken and the facilities are either old or just repaired. Not ergonomically suitable for 9-13hrs of work or even longer since the management is always asking us to render OT
