    The good thingsThe accounts are not very stressful and goals are easy to meet for our programs.
    The challengesSome policies are very restrictive and some of the management team are strict. but its good to have because not all employees are right fit.

    The good thingsI really like how everyone walks with a smile on their face and everyone knows everyone from training to HR, this is my 3rd company after sitel and Sutherland. I feel more homely here including the Kuya guard

    The technology they provide is old.
    The good thingsThey are very big on branding. Always take note that not all you see online is true.
    The challengesThe chairs, tables, computers and even the laptops they give the leaders are old. Chairs are broken Tables have chips Computers are old models Laptops they give the managers are also old models, some with missing keys.
