The Industry is great for first job seekers or first time on a BPO experience, graduates or students
The good thingsWork is average, and a lot of fun events such as Sports Fest, Esports, Singing, and More Leaves is Easily approved and easy to file. Unless your assign team has a lot of absences some of your leaves as a team will be unapproved. Very Friendly Environment. Potential Second Family. Officers are very Approchable Especially Bosses, Managers, and Clients Recommended for Newbies especially Good Employees and Hard Workers Not Recommended for Bad Employees, No Commonsense, and Bad Personality you'll be targeted immediately and have strict observation.
The challengesSick Leaves is a hassle sometimes due to MUST have a Medical Certificate which is Understandable. Some of the Officers are Toxic (WFC's) . Promotion must Not be Recommended although they are always presented but the increase salary will not be given immediately. You'll be stuck on a basic Salary for 6 months or even A YEAR before they approved your salary increase all for the sake on testing your qualifications even your workload has been increased you're still stuck on a basic Salary. Long term in the company is not recommended due to low salary even there are incentives but you'll have to sacrifice your health and rest for it.

    Company is a newbie-friendly
The good thingsTelco account they offer was pretty much easy for me, especially the tools that we use. People that I've met here is the definition of "Friends". Overall experience was fun.
The challengesAccruals are useless. You can't have a guaranteed leave in a week or months because of the conditions that you need to meet of course by the TL or the management.

My BPO experience built confidence, skills, and resilience while adapting to challenges.
The good thingsAs a first‑timer in the BPO industry, this company gave me confidence to face challenges and grow professionally.
The challengesI experienced challenges such as toxic leadership and low salary, which taught me resilience and adaptability.

Good company but beware of the management.
The good thingsThe company itself is a 10/10 for a newbie. A lot of benefits and perks. The HMO is amazing had used it a lot of times and it was accessible cuz it was maxicare. The overall package is big for a newbie. Had nothing bad to say for foundever.
The challengesNow about the management part is a different story. Everyone has favoritism even in training. Had a toxic TL that wanted to get rid of me (I resigned thankfully). About the training part, I think they need to teach there trainers about respect and manners. Cuz, they will blatantly rigged an award if they don't like you even if the award is supposedly yours (happened in OCP) and they will make you feel left out. Keep in mind this all happened in a Financial account (disputes or fraud). So, beware if your account happens to be that. Training szn sucks but production is tolerable. Just pray you won't be in a financial account.

Could have been better if the management is not only thinking about themselves and their client.
The good thingsThe account I was assigned to was quite easy if you really pay attention on the training. I was surrounded by supportive coworkers.
The challengesUnfair treatment, the place is full of nepotism. You have the same role with your coworkers but some of them has less workloads. You cannot use your leave. The management is pro-client. They force people to join engagement even if they don't want to.

This has been a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience that I've ever have.
The good thingsThis was my first job in getting my introduction to the world of BPO. I enjoyed all the things that I've learned and all of the journeys that I went through.
The challengesHandling employee's issues and concerns were rather slow and leisurely, but I've understood that the company must come first.

A good experience, wish I can work here further
The good thingsA good place to work. Fair and professional in management.
The challengesLess perks and incentives for the employees. Plus the offer is misleading since I was offered 20k instead of 35k when I applied.

The challenges1. No advance notice for everything. 2. Bad management. 3. Favoritism. 4. Unfair and unequal treatment especially from coaches/ TL.

So far, I am enjoying working with Foundever Tarlac.
The good thingsWhat I do love the most is that Foundever is maintaining Work Life Balance.
The challengesWhat I don't like about working with Foundever Tarlac is that the elevator is always under maintenance.

A roller coaster ride but an awesome once in a lifetime experience overall.
The good thingsWhat I like the most is the management, particularly the global compliance team. They were so accomodating in terms of urgent request, compassionate people and understandable. They'll help you achieve your deliverables by achieving your personal and professional life.
The challengesWhat I don't like is the daily floorwalk audit. It is your duty to call out people especially when not adhering to the policy inside production. Some people just don't want to be included on the report, even though there was witnesses and valid reasons.

Working at Foundever allowed me to grow professionally by developing my skills in communication, adaptability, and customer service within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The good thingsDuring my time at the company, I truly appreciated the supportive work environment, the excellent training programs that equipped me with essential skills, and the clear opportunities for career growth that motivated me to continuously improved.
The challengesThe challenge is essentially the same as that of any other company; you need to be adaptable quickly to changing client demands. However, these experiences helped me develop resilience, time management and problem-solving skills that I continue to carry with me.

Good for freshers but not for long term. No salary increase even after 3 years of stay.
The good thingsFlexible hours and considerate supervisor (at least for the site that I am working in).
The challengesToo much cost-cutting. They removed the shuttle service and deducted our internet allowance. There is so much workload due to the high turnover in the recruitment department but they still expect you to complete all of your tasks within the 9-hour working hours. Unpaid OTs. No asset provided for WFH

The company is good at start, but your patience will run thin
The good thingsGood to start your career, work environment is good
The challengesNo career opportunities once your contract end, no guarantee of being perm and slow processing of tickets. They give you 3-day notice to surrender work equipment but they haven't created a gatepass, you surrender their equipment the next day of notice (April 3) and until now (April 8) not done

The good thingsWhat I liked the most while working there was the flexibility of it since it was a work-from-home set-up
