    The only thing that made me stay despite the bad management are my colleagues.

    The challenges1. No advance notice for everything. 2. Bad management. 3. Favoritism. 4. Unfair and unequal treatment especially from coaches/ TL.

    I feel home in Foundever for 2 years
    The good thingsI love my job in Foundever. My team and boss are very supportive, they help me develop, grow and enhance my knowledge and skills in terms of my job. Also, I have a complete benefits and what I love the most is my HMO which includes my family members.
    The challengesLocation is quite far, but there is a free shuttle from the city. It’s just not available for day shifters.

    The experience you get is superb!
    The good thingsThe work environment is very healthy knowing that I've been on a lot of their accounts or campaigns, I can truly say that it has been a game changer for stepping up.
    The challengesThe salary would be the only downside if you had a family and were the breadwinner of the household, it would not be enough.
