    The good thingsNot very stressful job, WFH setup, management, and colleagues. These are the only reasons why I stayed.
    The challengesThe company’s CONSTANT cost-cutting harms employees—unpaid overtime, unused leave credits not encashed, taxed incentives, unreplaced defective assets, and no salary increases. These unfair practices lower employee morale and motivation. It feels like Foundever does not value its employees.

    Awesome company for starters in any field and also fosters a good work environment.
    The good thingsThis company has given me a kickstart opportunity to get into recruitment and experience growth in the field. Really good job for a starter and the work environment is great! As a recruiter, you will need to render overtime, but I saw that as an advantage since I get paid duly for it. The management has encouraged all members of the team to provide suggestions in process improvement and implementation which also helps us feel that they are considering our thoughts. I also like the thought that our actions directly impacts the overall results of the company's business goals and room for more opportunities for more folks to join the community. I hope the company will have the same commitment to foster camaraderie moving forward.
    The challengesAlthough the company can provide a lot of experience and growth (good environment depending on the type of manager you're with), the salary package may not be up to par with the market standards for a recruitment specialist role. I appreciate that the role has given me enough overtime pay to mitigate the low salary.

    Sykes WAS good until Sitel Acquired the company
    The good thingsBenefits and PTOs, Overall facility is good.
    The challengesAfter being acquired by Sitel, processes became too complicated and too bureaucratic. Handling of finances are all funneled to procurement. Sitel's money grip strategy is a mess.
