    The challengesMy journey as a technical support specialist has been a rollercoaster ride, filled with both exhilarating triumphs and humbling challenges. While the role has offered immense opportunities for personal and professional growth, it has also presented its share of obstacles that have tested my resilience and resourcefulness. One of the most significant challenges I've faced is the sheer volume and diversity of customer inquiries. The technical support realm is a melting pot of issues, ranging from minor software glitches to complex hardware malfunctions. Juggling multiple inquiries simultaneously, often with limited time and resources, can be overwhelming and demanding.

    Apart from aged computer systems, this company's great to work in.
    The good thingsCoworkers are friendly and really helpful, the pace of work varies from really slow to blazing fast, depending on the day, the location's near the Robinsons Ortigas branch, and I'm more than glad with getting a chance to work with this company. 8/10, would work again.
    The challengesReally, it's the aged computer systems; running 2022 software on a 2013 equivalent of a Celeron system today is less than ideal, especially with the flow of customers coming in. Also, they'll need to quicken their maintenance crews in fixing broken appliances, like microwave ovens, but apart from those two glaring issues, nothing noteworthy.
