    Good for newbies/no experience. Kind and skilled trainers.
    The good thingsThis company is a good training ground for beginners and fresh graduates, as they accept applicants with no prior experience. The training program is very hands-on and structured, allowing employees to be trained from scratch compared to other BPO companies. They provide Global Communications Training (GCT) to develop communication skills before moving on to product training and nesting. This step-by-step approach ensures that employees are well-prepared before handling actual accounts. Trainers are also supportive, kind, and highly effective in guiding trainees throughout the process.
    The challengesHowever, one downside is the shifting schedule during training and work, which may not be suitable for those who prefer a fixed schedule. In addition, the starting salary may be lower compared to other companies, but it is still reasonable and acceptable for fresh graduates or those starting their careers. Overall, it is a strong learning environment for individuals who want to build experience and develop their communication and professional skills.

    What's your expected monthly basic salary?As a fresh graduate, my primary hands-on experience comes from my On-the-Job Training (OJT). It was an invaluable opportunity to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application. On the positive side, the OJT provided me with a fantastic chance to develop practical skills that I believe are highly relevant to a call center environment. I learned to actively listen, understand complex situations quickly, and think on my feet to come up with solutions. like any learning experience, there was a negative aspect as well. Unfortunately, there was an administrative issue that prevented the full, formal closure of my OJT with my professor.

    The good thingsTheir training program are amazing. They teach you how to pronounce words with standard American accent and it was really fun.
    The challengesNo fixed schedule. Every 3 - 4 days the schedule changes and it doesn't help that we were still at the height of pandemic that time.

    The challengesThey follow the 48 hour work week that is legal but so many other companies out there will pay you every minute beyond your 40 hrs. weekly. The department where I worked has no KPIs and you can feel a little bit lost even though you worked so hard.

    It has the greatest training platform in Cebu.
    The good thingsThe training was one of the things I truly valued in ePerformax. Their communication training, coach training, and developmental training were top notched. The best training field in Cebu.
    The challengesIt is not the company but the account which I was assigned. Politics there were worst and most of the officers were there for the longest time so they kind of created an empire for themselves. However, eperformax had found a way to remedy this by aligning its recruitment process, onboarding, HR processes especially the hiring process and promotion process.
