    The challengesWell, having high ang long patience is one of the key. There could be good and bad days but you have to keep your cool so you can still provide good customer service.

    The challengesYou always get told one thing but reality is, it will never be true. They give promise you one thing but once you get there you have no choice but to accept that the things you were told were just sales talk.

    The company is great and I often recommend to friends!
    The good thingsThe pay was pretty high for my first job. They also give lots of benefits. The environment around the employees are very supportive, comfortable and warm!
    The challengesThe job itself is very challenging. Being a CSR comes with many challenges such as taking care of your physical and mental health.

    Great but somehow draining
    The good thingstraining for newbies (thumbs up) bc they will really train you with your grammar and pronunciation, good management, tls and coaches are approachable (not all but most of them), competitive salary and career growth
    The challengesthe acc itself is kinda toxic and demanding, too many changes, too many metrics to pass, 10 hours a day is kinda draining, graveyard shift, irate customers
