not just a company but a family! :)The good thingsManagement is really good, some supervisors are very approachable. they treat you like a family here. you just have to also show that you perform well so that you'll be able to get all the incentives you deserve. (esp if you are in TMobile :)
The challengesof course number 1 is stress! ut it is normal in all companies BPO or not. for me the most challenging will be the training specially the Learning Lab this is the time that you will be answering phone calls of the customers, its scary at first but you will learn a lot afterwards!
