What's your expected monthly basic salary?As a fresh graduate, my primary hands-on experience comes from my On-the-Job Training (OJT). It was an invaluable opportunity to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application.
On the positive side, the OJT provided me with a fantastic chance to develop practical skills that I believe are highly relevant to a call center environment. I learned to actively listen, understand complex situations quickly, and think on my feet to come up with solutions.
like any learning experience, there was a negative aspect as well. Unfortunately, there was an administrative issue that prevented the full, formal closure of my OJT with my professor.
