It was a learning process of what it's really like in the employment world. The good thingsI learned to have more confidence, accept challenges, acquire skills, work ethics and friends. I also had opportunity to enhance my communication skills and master my line of job. These are because of the training, feedback, and performance monitoring implemented in the workplace. The most important lesson I had is keep on pushing myself to the limit and to listen to my bosses to be an efficient worker.
The challengesI suggest to set the expectations clearly to the newbies. Apply more intensive training about honing a worker not just a learner. In that way, the newbies will be ready an exhausting job they'll do in the future. It would be best to explain more the company's policy, incentives, and clients goal so that the employees will have to look forward to.
