    Quality over quantity
    The good thingsThis is the vision of the company.. the success of the company depends on the structure and strength of the workforce, this is the aim of the company to establish and build quality workforce..this is why they are invested in training newbies.
    The challengesPerformance based, and this is the same with the other companies.. what was the challenges I experienced is filing for a leave, even if you have filed 15days before, this is not yet guaranteed
