What’s it like working at Telework PH?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees appreciate the family-like culture at Telework PH, where colleagues are considerate, compassionate, and friendly. The work environment is clean, relaxed, and well-organised, with good facilities including ample parking. Training and onboarding are smooth and beginner-friendly, with continuous leadership development provided to help employees reach their potential. Staff also note the consideration shown to workers, with supportive management that treats employees well.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. The office location may be far from where some employees reside, making daily commuting a consideration. There are daily quotas and performance targets to meet, which can create pressure to maintain high standards. Additionally, the role requires on-site attendance, which may not suit those seeking remote work arrangements.

Supportive Team and a Beginner-Friendly Environment for First-Time Workers
The good thingsI appreciated how smooth and organized the application and training period were. As an 18-year-old beginner at the time, I found the process very approachable and beginner-friendly, which helped me adjust quickly to the work environment.
The challengesAs a working student handling a graveyard shift while attending school in the morning, the main challenges I experienced were related to time management and fatigue. However, these were more personal circumstances rather than issues within the company, so I do not have specific recommendations for improvement in this area.
