The company's policies and procedures allow us associates to freely do what we do best, taking care of clients.

The good thingsThe organization is extremely flexible, offers challenges, but at the same time provides enough support to overcome those challenges. The associate's performance is graded and calibrated fairly, and is also the basis for generous performance bonuses. There are a lot of processes that need to be followed, but other than that, we have the freedom to carry out what helps our clients best.

The challengesAfter a certain point in the career path, we felt the training opportunities offered got fewer and fewer. Because there is a heavy reliance on the IT infrastructure, associates end up working late. Even if the clients' responses are rewarding, you do get tired every once in a while.

My experience has develop and enhance my skills and abilities well

The good thingsIt is always my pleasure to serve clients. Knowing that they were satisfied on my service is a big relief on me. Another thing is, since we are a broker, we act as a mediator between clients and insurance companies. Working with those staffs on our accredited insurance companies, has built a good relationship with them and develop my social ability. Lastly, working in this company, is great opportunity for me. I have learned lot of things and my skills and abilities when I was still a student were fully developed and enhanced.

The challengesIt's when sometimes I found out that clients were not satisfied on my service. This leads me to pressure and let me think how should I make things work out nextime. As an employee, I want to create a service that could meet client's satisfaction so that they will be able to trust us and continue patronizing our service. In which, this would surely help the management to reach company's objective.
