Unstable job security Metrics are only based on sales You only sign for technical support but you were forced to do sales. Wether you have sales or not.still your job is unsecure here. STUPID SCRIPT make it impossible in making sales. Rapid changes in metric's (they will find RED FLAGS on your call)for you not to get your incentives. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. HIGH SALARY IS WORTHLESS FOR YOUR PHYSICAL,EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR PERMANENT JOB.
