The good thingsIt's dayshift and the pay is not so bad. It's okay.
The challengesUpper management love micromanaging. They even bypass the TLs with their decisions. It's like the TLs have no say about their subordinates. With regard to the TLs, most of them are incompetent and can't even defend you. Management can't make up their minds about the process that they want to do and they're trying to turn an EA job into a call center-type job, which is ridiculous. They don't seem to know what they're doing and don't know how to manage their people.

The good thingsI enjoyed the benefits, especially the HMO that starts on day one and covers two dependents for free.
The challengesManagement and processes could use more structure and consistency. Collaboration within operations, especially among leaders, can be improved to create a more supportive environment. It would also help if the training programs were more focused on helping agents and team leads perform confidently and effectively in their roles.
