    My experience with eGarden Philippines over the past five years has been incredibly rewarding. I started as a customer service representative and eventually advanced to the role of operations team leader. Throughout this journey, I’ve gained invaluable skills and knowledge, and I truly enjoyed every moment working with the team.
    The good thingsI love how people are desciplined. I think most employees adapt some of the traits of Japanese culture. Quite, peaceful and still some fun side!
    The challengesNothing to say, actually. I think every company has prod and cons. Has good and slightly need some improvement and that’s normal.

    The good thingsThe company warmly welcome me as a family and they always like to reach out to their employee in needs, Sadly it only last for 3 months due to the duration of my contract.
    The challengesThey establish the quality of their works than rushing the work without double checking the work itself.

    A great place to start your career.
    The good thingsAdmin is approachable and takes good care of their employees. No internal or personal issues with my colleagues. The best people to work with.
    The challengesOperations tend to be strict with their employees and lacks care for their well-being but thankfully they are starting to incorporate coffee talks to allow HR to reach out to employees directly. Every company has its challenges but EGP is still considered one of the best among the startups.
