    This is a place for growth and flourish your career
    The good thingsI can say you can learn a lot very quickly in a very short period of time. On the very start, I was surrounded with nothing but incredibly smart and driven individuals and leaders. They'll give you the trust and support that you need from your induction weeks and make sure to give you the tools that you need. The compensation is well beyond my expectations. There's always a place for growth and if you perform well, then you'll get what you deserve.
    The challengesSince they put the trust in you and let you do your thing, sometimes it can be difficult for you to keep up if you are not self motivated. You should have the right mindset and dedication which I think is a must for every individual who works for a company. Overall, I'm well satisfied.

    Stable and very good company to work for...
    The good thingsThe company provides a good work life balance. Work only on Monday to Friday and no work on holidays and weekends. Salary is great if you work hard you can earn a lot more. The Management team listens and is always open to new ideas.
    The challengesNo real challenges. The company is a new company but the client they partnered with is also such a great company. It only makes the working more dynamic as you have two great companies you work for.
