    Supportive benefits from day one, though processes and leadership could be stronger.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the benefits, especially the HMO that starts on day one and covers two dependents for free.
    The challengesManagement and processes could use more structure and consistency. Collaboration within operations, especially among leaders, can be improved to create a more supportive environment. It would also help if the training programs were more focused on helping agents and team leads perform confidently and effectively in their roles.

    The good thingsThe culture is different from the usual and other BPO companies that you know. The bosses are very accommodating and will not treat you as an ordinary employee only.
