Every member of YEARNINGS holds the status of beings its worker and member at the same time. Because every worker is also a co-owner, his / her economic participation yields additional earnings such as the interest on capital contribution. Security of tenure and other mandated entitlements are guaranteed for each member.YEARNINGS has been servicing various clients from different industries such as retail, convenience stores, logistics & distribution, manufacturing, and hotel & restaurants.YEARNINGS is registered & compliant with the Cooperative Development Authority, Department of Labor & Employment under DO-174, Social Security Systems, Phil. Health, Pag-Ibig, and Bureau of Internal Revenue as a workers cooperative.YEARNINGS has employee-members deployed nationwide with operations in Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao.
