    One of the worst pre-employment experiences I’ve ever had. I was told I was hired—so I handed in my 30-day notice to my current company. Then came a sudden change of heart from their end. Another HR rep reached out, scheduling a new interview for a different line of business. After that? Radio silence. No updates, no closure. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.

    Needs Improvement for Back Office Peeps/Management- Lack of employee engagement. - HR peeps are not approachable, and the process of contacting employees is unprofessional. Employee records are not properly maintained; pre-employment documents are requested multiple times, even after being submitted via the portal and email. - Business Partners are not aware of the process or should I say not engage to the accounts' processes.
