    One of the worst pre-employment experiences I’ve ever had. I was told I was hired—so I handed in my 30-day notice to my current company. Then came a sudden change of heart from their end. Another HR rep reached out, scheduling a new interview for a different line of business. After that? Radio silence. No updates, no closure. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.

    Needs Improvement for Back Office Peeps/Management- Lack of employee engagement. - HR peeps are not approachable, and the process of contacting employees is unprofessional. Employee records are not properly maintained; pre-employment documents are requested multiple times, even after being submitted via the portal and email. - Business Partners are not aware of the process or should I say not engage to the accounts' processes.

    The challengesThis company is fond of floating people (even regular employees) and pushed them to accept a reprofile account which is from a very far site! Job is not stable! No salary increase even if you beg the management. No incentives. Apply at your own risk!

    No Paid Job Boards & Micromanagement
    The good thingsGood working environment with my co-workers but not that good with the Leads or Managers. It's also good that you can talk with the CEO or the higher ups.
    The challengesNo job boards or minimal paid job boards. It's really difficult to meet your KPI if you don't have the resources. I'm okay with pressure but too much pressure from your Team Lead isn't good. Micromanagement is also the issue. The client's are always right as per them although they do negotiate but with minimal actions only.

    The challengesNo outlined onboarding process when I joined. Inconsistent KPIs, processes, and protocols. People don't take responsibility for their actions/mistakes and blame it for other employees.

    The challengesThey were not able to update me regarding my request for re-profile which i did before and during the redundancy status. They laidoff agents during the quarantine. I can see that there were active accounts for hiring. They hire (Political) external people for higher positions not good for Career Progress nor growth.

    The good thingsYou can grow in this company. They are open to any suggestions and ideas. They offer training for associates. A \"lunch & learn\" for example, where associates are invited to attend quick seminar/conference for free plus food. Eastvantage and its associates love to party.     The good thingsIf u were working as iT staff, there is always a challange. Which is a good thing to help you hone your skills. Good superior and his management are the key perks. Feels like not working at all imo.
    The challengesSome of the managers are hard to deal with. They couldnt decide which is which that's is hard for us to keep up with the duration of the project. Sometimes at the midst of the project, we have delay it for a particular reason. Specially when ordering new assets

    The challenges- low basic salary - not too many opportunities for career advancement - top management wants their hand in almost everything. - lack of good and solid department heads.

    A Place to Grow
    The good things- A company that lets you voice out your ideas. It may or may not be approved, but in the end, it is how you grow. - The company is not strict when it comes to dress codes, attendance, and break time. Maybe different if you are in another account. - Eastvantage is tolerant about you browsing non-work related stuff. I think as long as you have output, you're good.
    The challenges- Sometimes you won't get along with your direct supervisor/manager, but it's normal.

    The good thingsThe company values customer intimacy. They go the extra mile to take care of their clients. They also value their employees by holding regular townhalls, free training, outings and parties.
    The challengesThey are still experiencing growing pains when it comes to setting up a solid management team. Clearer roles must be defined for top brass.
