    Not a healthy working environment to be with.
    The good thingsYour co-employees are very approachable and fun to work with - you will have a good working environment with your co-employees here as they are kind and respectful, they will only be the reason why you would stay here for awhile. The office location is quite accessible and nice. You will learn more about the food and beverage industry by your own.
    The challengesThe management and the system itself is the challenge and the hindrance to your work. They are not pro-people and there is no room for growth. You will have to figure yourself out once you indulge here in this company as there will be no trainings or walkthroughs to be provided. The management and the way they run the company is quite outdated as they still give benefits and compensation like from the year 90s to early 2000s. The heads/team leads doesn't give support on new approaches or ideas and they still run the company the way they see it from the good old days. Lack of physical equipment for back office employees - and also they don't give knowledge upskilling support to their people. The management doesn't seem to evolve specially the HR Department as they turn a blind eye on what's happening around doesn't seem to improve their policies and system on how to make employees happy. People just come and go in this company and the retention rate here is way below average.
