    Disappointing interview experience

    The challengesI had high expectations for WF, but my recent experience with their HR recruitment interviewer was deeply disappointing. The interviewer (ig from McKinley) came across as intimidatin and dismissive—frequently cutting me off mid-explanation, only to ask irritated follow-up questions about the very points I was trying to clarify. The pace felt rushed, with questions fired off as if she were racing against the clock. What stood out most was the tone: she spoke as though she already knew everything about me, leaving little room for genuine dialogue. It felt less like a conversation and more like an interrogation where the only acceptable response was agreement. I’ve always thought highly of WF, but this interaction raised serious concerns. A company’s recruitment process should reflect its values—and this felt like a major red flag.
