    I gain knowledge about flour milling in this company.
    The good thingsShifting Schedule and the benifits are very satisfactory. We had a lot of leave credits that is convertible to cash every year end.
    The challengesThere are few things i didn't much appreciate like the banning of liquor during Christmas Party and in the excursion. There must be an exemption in implementing this company rule. Also they didn't give much budget for company activities not like other company's Christmas party where they rent venues for an evening party with lots of food & drinks. Here we just settle at the warehouse.

    I have been doing repair and installation of different kind of machinery and at the same time knowing the operation.
    The good thingsMy supervisor recommended me for a salary increase. They followed labor law and salary standard.
    The challengesThe company should pay attention, the safety and health of the employee. They should improve good relation to the employee.
