Toxic working environment and small room for career growth.

The good thingsWork life balance in a sense that you don't need to bring your unfinished work at home and overtimes are not necessary.

The challengesThe employees, salary, and benefits are the main challenges. The salary is low for the scope of work and the benefits are not competitive anymore on today's standard. The politics in the company is quite strong and employees loves gossip.
