Employees at CommSec appreciate the allowances and benefits provided, such as travel allowances, 13th month pay, HMO, and Christmas gift packages. They also value the opportunities for growth in analytical, management, and communication skills. The positive work environment with friendly co-workers and good customer service is another highlight.

The good thingsIf you are a passive investor, then CommSec is clearly not for you. It does not offer portfolio management or trade copy services. It seems to me that the minimum CommSec deposit is unlikely to be pulled by a beginner. Of course, each person decides for himself how to manage his own funds. But I would recommend for novice traders to choose a broker that offers managed portfolios. With their help, you can protect yourself from complete collapse and at the same time learn how to trade stock market assets. BenArmstrong-trades have features to accommodate passive and beginners, my trading endeavors there are highly successful. CommSec does not provide such portfolio investments, so you have to trade on your own

Just right if you need to work immediately
The good thingsAside from being employed and meeting the bare minimum compensation, I like how the office is easily accessible.
The challengesCommunications between departments are terrible. Almost no department wants to meet half way in order to have processes aligned.
